Sports nutrition is a separate arm of research that focuses on eating for performance – how food can help you improve strength, endurance and power, in a way that sometimes goes against what would normally be considered “healthy” (Think: Michael Phelps’s 12,000 calorie per day diet) In this workshop, you will learn how food and nutrients can give you that extra edge in training and competition.
