Annual General Meeting
XCBC’s AGM occurs every fall, and is an opportunity for our Members to meet with each other and our Board of Directors. At our AGM we conduct elections, make important decisions about our club and hear presentations from our Coaches, Treasurer and Program Administrator.

🎿 Gear Swap
Bring your gently used ski gear, clothing, and equipment to swap, purchase or pass along to another XCBC family.

Join us for an evening with the XCBC community as we kick off the upcoming season, share important club updates, and connect with fellow members.
All XCBC members are welcome…kids included!
This is an important opportunity to hear what’s happening within the club, learn about our upcoming Nordic programs, review AGM and bylaw information, ask questions, and connect with the people who make XCBC what it is.
We’ll also have time to enjoy a potluck together and our annual Gear Swap — so bring along any gently used ski gear, clothing, or equipment that another XCBC family might enjoy.
